Need an optin box at the bottom of my Wordpress blog posts - oDesk

I run a blog (http://ift.tt/1ihrPjV) and would like to increase my email signups.



I want to have a mailchimp optin form with custom css at the bottom of every post (This will probably be done in the php file)
