We require a skilled and experienced Wordpress developer to join our team.
This is guaranteed work and no need for bidding or taking chances on freelance sites.
You must have extremely good attention to detail, be able to work off designs (PSD/FW) and build both the front-end, WP Theme/integration, as well as fully responsive websites.
You must be proficient in building CUSTOM Wordpress themes, not merely modifying existing ones. All of our designs are custom made and we like our sites to have custom themes.
You must have calibre skills in:
- HTML/5
- CSS3
- PHP
- JS/JQUERY
- MYSQL
- MAGENTO/JOOMLA
- Good to high level of English
- We will request custom jquery/js components to be built at times.
- We will occasionally require you to build plugins or custom tools for Wordpress.
We are looking for an offshore developer, so you can work from anywhere.
You cannot work on any other projects during work hours with us. We advise you not to take on freelance work either, as this may affect performance during work hours.
You must adjust your day/night time accordingly. This is important, if it is difficult for you to work according to UK hours, please do not apply.
We communicate via always-on Skype, phone and email. We will request daily updates on work, including throughout the day.
We already employ developers from around the world.
We give bonuses to those who do exceptional work and turnaround.
We pay for all additional days (weekends) that you may work. Double-pay in exceptional circumstances.
We will put you in a trial period working on 1 or 2 projects for a month, after which you will review and give a longer contract.
