Fix a couple of errors in Wordpress dev site and transfer to live server - oDesk

I have an appointments page here

which I copied to the dev site here

But it's not sending the email / it isn't working



Also the contact page (contact form 7) isnt' sending the email



Finally I need this dev site transfered to the live site.



So 3 tasks

1) get appointment form to send emails

2) get contact form to send emails

3) move site to live server
