Require a calculator to compare the costs and returns of two different recruiting methods for a company
Method one is based on internal recruiting staff using traditional methods to recruit.
Method two is based on using an automated professional service to do the job.
The calculator will have 5-9 input fields used to set the size of the companies recruiting needs.
The recruiting process will be broken into 9 steps with cost estimates calculated for each one
The costs will be from 5-9 different employee types, eg Hiring manager, Human Resources recruiter, External recruiter etc
The result output is to be done in table form, cost per step old way VS new way and in graphical form
You will need to research on the internet for estimates of the time taken for each step under different circumstance, eg Senior executive head hunting job, as opposed to a receptionist job.
