Adobe Business Catalyst Expert - oDesk

Dear All



We are looking for an experienced software guru to check our Adobe Business Catalyst Platform, and the problems which we are facing while trying to conduct test credit card payments.



The error which we are receiving is



"Credit Card Payment Failed"



There was an error processing your credit card. Please correct this and try again.



ERROR: An error occurred while processing credit card

An Error Occurred

Please go back and correct this."



We have spoken with Tech Support at WorldPay and they tell me they are receiving the request from Business Catalyst and sending a response back, but after that, BC fails to respond.



I have re-inserted the check out form, checked the payment gateway settings and even tried to work around the locked-in 'shipping state' field which is an anomaly from US based state tax system - to see if I can fix the error and complete a test payment. But I am now stuck for ideas.



WorldPay insist I use an XML invisible installation which has been set up and linked to the BC site. BC support have told me that they do not support 3D secure which I thought was a requirement for card payments in Europe and I wonder if this is causing the problem.
