Hello,
I need to retrieve data from a list in SharePoint, and present it in a Word mail merge.
The connection is done, and data is coming to the document. Some fields show up as "n#text", with "n" being a multi-digit number, followed by # and then the field text (if you know about managed metadata in SharePoint, that's why we get the n#).
I would like to strip the #n from the field. It cannot be done using the MAILMERGE fields, and needs some VBA magic in the query that calls the data source.
Please see the attached doc for the code, an output examples.
Can you help me with this?
Thank you,
Pablo A Destefanis
