I need assistance in designing an intuitive dashboard to manage orders which are going to be transitioning through a 10 - 15 stage pipeline consisting of the following a few main stages/statuses 1. Order form design and submission
2. Confirmation of order details 3. Assignment to a vendor. 4.Completion Status,
The parties viewing the order will be 1. Customer 2. Agent, 3. Vendor.
Agents manage orders and assign them to vendors. Both Agents and vendors must run through a series of tasks/checklists to ensure they are not missing any steps of our processes.Automatic emails will be fired off based on various events/actions.
The parties above will view specific "scenes" which will only have information that is relevant to them pulled from our database. I will provide paper sketches of my vision and expect interactive mockups for my front-end designer to implement.
I'm looking for someone with a ready-made toolbox of templates/assets that fit the above type of workflow and who can understand my specific project and customize then complete it within a few hours after signing an NDA.
