Simple CRUD Appication using Couchdb and jQuery - oDesk

Develop a simple application that displays a form (pre-populated from existing values) stored in a couchdb. Use jQuery to CRUD. Create views for paging the records etc. Deal with authorization etc.



Previous experience with couchdb, ajax etc essential.
