I want to create a RSS feed app for my blog using this paid template:

You will need to do the following:
1. Edit the file from the template to my website details
2. Remove 2 sections from the app template and replace with About us page (just a simple logo and text description.
3. Add in 4 images in grid format with a short description page with a link to the website to pay for the service or if you can create a paypal payment link inside the app would be fantastic!
4. Integrate mobile ads.
5. Publish in itunes and play store.
As the template is based on iOS, please advice if it can be converted to andriod.
Alternatively, if you have done something similar, you may propose your own template for use, please show a sample IU printscreen. Please quote a fixed price or if you prefer an hourly rate, please indicate the number of hours needed to complete the job.
