We are an online publishing and marketing company with Headquarters in UK. We are looking for a web designer who is proficient in Wordpress and other web publishing tools.
We will like to employ a designer that is passionate about their work, committed to their contractual agreements, has good work ethics and communicates fluently in English.
You will need to show that you can pay attention to details, can follow instructions and can take well thought out initiatives.
We will only hire someone who is proficient in Wordpress or other Web publishing tools. Do not apply if you do not have at least two years experience designing Wordpress website for commercial clients. The right candidates should be able to work with different themes and plugins, should have an eye for good design and be able to solve website problems should they arise.
We will employ someone who can,
- Communicate clearly in spoken and written English.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Wordpress in a variety of situations.
- Keep Wordpress sites, themes, and plugins up to date and running smoothly.
- Have a strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript/JQuery
- Use cPanel, PhpMyAdmin, and FTP.
- Improve website formatting and layout.
- Monitor site performance, troubleshoot bugs, and optimise where necessary.
- Show an ability to work efficiently, cooperatively, and to meet deadlines.
- Think critically and make wise decisions independently.
Online/digital Portfolio ( required )
The following abilities will be an advantage,
- Graphics design
- Social Media Design & setup
- Google Adsense setup
- Video Editing
- Search Engine Optimization (basic on-page)
- Shopping Cart setup
